Being a Care Assistant requires adaptability, kindness, and putting others first. Your role may involve:

  • Providing companionship
  • Assisting with personal care, including showering, bathing, and toileting

  • Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and tidying
  • Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions
