Introducing our Care Home To Community Connection Service at MY CREW Healthcare, where we aim to enhance the lives of individuals in care homes by providing opportunities to engage in social activities and events outside of the Care Homes where they live.
Our caring caregivers will pick up your loved one in their fully insured and roadworthy vehicles and accompany them to various community events such as
- Coffee morning,
- Pub lunch or Quizzes
- Tea dance religious services
- family gatherings
- bingo
- local pub outings
- funeral services
- parties, and other social gatherings
They will stay with your loved one throughout the event and ensure their safety and comfort, before safely returning them to their care home.
